Came here for breakfast. Simple food, but probably about as close to perfect as you can get!

We were just looking for breakfast but didn't know how much of a treat we were in for. 3 simple breakfast options - generally some combination of drinks, bread, and eggs. Breads were a random assortment that came out with apricot, fig, caramel, honey, and butter. All were delicious. Some of the bread was a bit hard.

Eggs were omelette, scrambled, or fried. Yolk was nice and orange. Came with some combination of bacon, cheese (not the cheese you get with eggs normally but a piece of brie and a piece of something that I couldn't identify) as well as some cured meats. Also had a green salad that had fennel seeds and some dressing on it. And finally one piece of watermelon. Doesn't sound like much I suppose but each and every piece of food on the plate was delicious. The watermelon was very sweet. The cherry tomato was perfectly roasted. The cheeses were delicious. Even the carrot which I think was par boiled and had two fennel seeds on it was fantastic.

We sat outside but the insides were very nicely decorated. Don't knock over anything trying to get to the bathroom. It also appeared that they had literally just gone to the market that morning and bought a bunch of stuff which still hadn't been put away.

Price might be a bit more than you were expecting to pay for breakfast (16E for eggs, salad, bread, cheese, meat, and a drink).

Can't recommend this place enough for a simple, well rounded, shockingly delicious meal.

Love this restaurant in old Nice. On a small alley off a larger street, the restaurant is a lovely place to enjoy a late evening meal in the outdoors.

The food is primarily a salad on bread - a fancy bruschetta if you will. But it's a delicious, creative bruschetta and the bread underneath is phenomenal.

This is not fussy food but just well executed, fresh country food.

The charcuterie plate is huge, beautiful and delicious

Would come again. Service is very nice if a little slow - but is southern France... what's the rush?

This was our favorite meal in Nice, France. We got a meat and cheese plate to start which was everything we wanted - slices cured meats and aged cheese with a little salad. To drink, their house wine is only 12€ per bottle - so that was an easy decision. For dinner, we had the lamb shank - probably the beat lamb I've ever ate in my life.

I would highly recommend this restaurant for those visiting Nice. As well, the staff was very friendly to Americans (we didn't find that all at establishments in Nice).

This place is a little pricey but soooo worth it! The staff are amazing & the food is to die for. Had the Petit d'jeneuer vital. Vital small breakfast with caramel, orange marmalade, raspberry marmelade, fig jam, peach preserves & gooseberry jam. Butter. Espresso. Bottle.of water and lots of rustic breads for about €9,60. It is close to the beach and the staff speak English & French. Brunch runs €25 or you can opt for the Petit d'jeneuer with eggs or omelette for €12,90 or so. Really happy with the food here. The jams & marmelades are the best I've had in France. Bread is awesome too. Check it out!

Food was very good and service was friendly.

We went here because yelp listed this as a "kids friendly" place. I can't say it's kids friendly. There were no other kids there and there was no children's menu.

Lovely and relaxing view. Would be 4 stars if we weren't misled by bringing children.
